Creamy velvety true expression of rustic elegance, with a delicate balance of sweetness and earthiness in every bite. A vegan Tuscan-inspired made with creamy Arborio rice, tender zucchini, sweet onions, earthy mushrooms, crisp peas, and Parmesan cheese.
Add grilled chicken or roasted vegetables, serve with crusty bread or a green salad, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs or cracked pepper.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS (FROM FROZEN)
- Empty contents of container on it’s side, into a medium pot.
- Fill the empty container with water up to the fill line (3 ¼ cups), and pour into the pot
- Heat on high until water begins to boil
- Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir often until fully heated and product reaches a temperature of 72C / 160 F.
- Turn off heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
