A wholesome mix of lentils and bulgur wheat, combined with red peppers, spinach, and a blend of Mediterranean herbs and spices. Earthy and satisfying, with a tender texture and a well-rounded, savoury flavour.

Enjoy as a nourishing main or pair with grilled vegetables, chicken, or a spoonful of tzatziki. Great with warm pita or a fresh cucumber salad.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS (FROM FROZEN)

    • Hold the closed container under warm running water 15 seconds to loosen contents.
    • Remove the lid, hold the container sideways and gently empty into a pot.
    • Fill the empty BonPot container with water to the marked fill line and pour it into the pot.
    • Cook on high heat, uncovered while stirring gently until boiling & melted.
    • Reduce heat to medium, stir for 3 min.
    • Turn off heat, let sit for 5 min.
    • Enjoy your meal!

      Shipping + Handling is $10 per order
      You will receive your order within 3-4 business days.

      CARE AND STORAGE

      To lock-in all of the flavour and goodness and ensure freshness when shipping, we flash freeze our juices and ship them in an insulated shipping box. The juices should be kept frozen until you are ready to consume them. We recommend to thaw the juices in your refrigerator (will take around 24 hours). Once thawed, our juices need to be refrigerated. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months. You can also thaw the juices at room temperature, but please be sure to consume it while it is still cold. Do not refrigerate or refreeze juices that have been allowed to defrost at room temperature.
